Our Partnerships

Who We Partner With

The Confidence Compass partners with a wide variety of organizations. We mainly partner with schools and nonprofits, but we are open to learning and hearing from anyone!

We are currently partnered with multiple local DMV nonprofits and schools. Some organizations include The Latino Student Fund, So What Else, and The Annunciation School.

The Confidence Compass is always looking to grow and reach as many students and organizations as possible. We are open to a multitude of different organizations, and would love to partner with you!

Time and Scheduling

We offer sessions that are purposefully adaptable, so that we can work with your time and schedule. We consistently follow the structure of having interactive activities and a set time to reflect, so a student can recognize a Confidence Compass session no matter how long!

Since we operate on a student-based programming, our programming will also depend on how many students will be a part of a session. Email us with information, and we will email you with an itinerary!

We have worked at tutoring programs, classrooms, summer camps, and so much more. One thing is non-negotiable in all our workshops: We are determined to teach your students confidence and solutions to real-life skills.

Timeline Of A Workshop

Step 1: Familiarize Students

Every Confidence Compass workshop will start with informing the students about what we strive to cultivate and why. We have seen that when students are reminded of specific times they need leadership skills, they will be reminded why it’s important.

Step 2: Work On Activities

When the sessions are interactive, students are more likely to pay attention and want to listen to what the workshop teaches. Activities like mock debates or having a pretend conversation with the President will build skills such as learning to defend yourself in hard conversations or taking up space in a room.

Step 3: Reflection

At the end of each session, students will be asked where they could use some of what they learned that day in real life. We have received a variety of student responses. Some students say in conversations with their principal, some say in speeches, and some say even just talking to their parents. No matter what, all students agree that the Confidence Compass develops skills they can see space for in their daily lives.
